RU ПОЛЬЗОВАТЕЛЬСКОЕ СОГЛАШЕНИЕ ОНЛАЙН-КИНОТЕАТРА KINON Пользовательское соглашение Сервиса через «Kinon» предоставляется в рамках сотрудничества между ООО «Azercell Telekom» и ООО «Streamhub AZ», на основании лицензии оператора универсальной платформы от 11.08.2023 года УПО-036, принадлежащей ООО «Streamhub AZ». ООО «Azercell Telekom» действует на основании лицензии №259 от 24 августа 2021 года на оказание услуг сотовой (мобильной) связи. Пользовательское соглашение Пользовательское соглашение (Оферта) Пользовательское соглашение (далее – «Соглашение») регулирует отношения по использованию сервиса Kinon (и общие условия оказания услуг между обществом с ограниченной ответственностью ООО “Azercell Telecom” действует на основании лицензии №259 от 24 августа 2021 года на услуги сотовой (мобильной) связи, ИНН 9900022721 , (далее – «Владелец Сервиса»), с одной стороны, и физическим лицом, принявшим условия Соглашения путём присоединения к Соглашению в целом и безоговорочно (далее – «Пользователь»), с другой стороны, далее при совместном упоминании именуемые «Стороны», а по отдельности «Сторона». ТЕРМИНЫ И ОПРЕДЕЛЕНИЯ «Пользователь» – физическое лицо, пользователь услугами сети Интернет, который получил доступ к просмотру Продукта посредством Устройства и исключительно для некоммерческих целей. «Сеть Интернет» – глобальная телекоммуникационная сеть информационных и вычислительных ресурсов. «Сервис Kinon» — это цифровая платформа, предоставляющая Пользователю доступ к контенту, включая фильмы, сериалы и другие видео- и аудиоматериалы. «Контент» — любые объекты авторского права, включая видео, аудио, текстовые материалы, представленные в Сервисе. «Оператор/Владелец Сервиса» — ООО «Azercell Telekom». «Устройство» – потребительское электронное мультимедийное устройство (телевизионная приставка, также известная под названиями «Set Top Box» или медиаплеер), телевизоры с функцией Smart TV, а также все виды портативных электронных устройств с возможностью подключения к Сети Интернет, в том числе, но не ограничиваясь, мобильные телефоны, смартфоны, планшетные компьютеры, ноутбуки, и иные новые устройства, с помощью которых можно получить доступ к Сервис Kinon. «Программное приложение» – программа, предназначенная для выполнения определенных пользовательских задач и рассчитанная на непосредственное взаимодействие с Пользователем, вследствие активации которой Пользователь получает возможность доступа к Сервису Kinon. «Продукт/Продукты» – означает доступные к просмотру Пользователями ТВ-пакеты и Контент на Сервис Kinon. «Контент» – аудиовизуальные произведения, фонограммы, видеограммы, исполнения, зафиксированные в фонограммах, видеограммах, музыкальные произведения с текстом или без текста, исполнение которых зафиксировано в фонограммах, видеограммах, размещенные на серверах Владелец Сервиса, доступ к просмотру которых предоставляется Пользователям на основании SVOD. «SVOD» («Subscription Video-on-Demand») - «предоставление видео по запросу по Подписке») - предоставление доступа Пользователям к просмотру расширенного каталога единиц Контента посредством Устройства из любого места и в любое время на территории Азербайджанской Республики по выбору Пользователя за периодически взимаемую плату. 1. ОБЩИЕ ПОЛОЖЕНИЯ 1.1. Настоящее Пользовательское соглашение (далее — «Соглашение») регулирует отношения между Обществом с ограниченной ответственностью «Azercell Telekom» (далее — «Оператор», «Владелец Сервиса»), ИНН 9900022721, лицензия №259 от 24 августа 2021 года, и физическим лицом (далее — «Пользователь»), принявшим условия настоящего Соглашения путём акцепта в соответствии с его условиями. 1.2. Сервис Kinon предоставляется Оператором во взаимодействии с ООО «Streamhub AZ», на основании лицензии № УПО-036 от 11.08.2023 года, принадлежащей ООО «Streamhub AZ». 1.3. Использование Пользователем сервиса Kinon является полным и безоговорочным принятием условий настоящего Соглашения. Если Пользователь не согласен с условиями настоящего Соглашения, он обязан прекратить использование Сервиса. СУЩЕСТВЕННЫЕ УСЛОВИЯ И ИНФОРМАЦИЯ 2. ПРЕДМЕТ СОГЛАШЕНИЯ 2.1. Оператор предоставляет Пользователю, посредством Программного приложения, доступ к просмотру и/или прослушиванию Продуктов, в том числе Контента, через Устройства, подключенные к Сети Интернет, а также возможность пользования другими услугами Сервиса Kinon (далее – «Услуги»), а Пользователь обязуется вносить абонентскую плату за Услуги, независимо от фактического их использования (абонентская модель обслуживания). 2.2. Доступ предоставляется исключительно для личного некоммерческого использования Пользователем. ИНФОРМАЦИЯ О ПРЕДОСТАВЛЯЕМОЙ УСЛУГЕ 2.3. Услуга Kinon включает доступ к контенту на условиях подписки, доступ к онлайн-кинотеатрам, а также другим продуктам и партнёрским платформам. 3. ПРАВА НА ИНТЕЛЛЕКТУАЛЬНУЮ СОБСТВЕННОСТЬ 3.1. Все товарные знаки, логотипы и иные обозначения, размещенные в рамках Сервиса Kinon, в том числе HBO® и другие, являются собственностью их соответствующих правообладателей и используются в рамках действующих лицензионных соглашений. Товарный знак KINON зарегистрирован и охраняется в соответствии с действующим законодательством, включая классы Международной классификации товаров и услуг (МКТУ): 35 класс – реклама, 38 класс – телекоммуникации, 41 класс – образование; обучение; развлечения; организация спортивных и культурно-просветительских мероприятий. 3.2. Пользователь не имеет права: — копировать, воспроизводить, передавать, распространять, изменять или иным образом использовать Контент, за исключением случаев, прямо предусмотренных Соглашением; — использовать Сервис или Контент с целью коммерческой выгоды; — обходить технические средства защиты, ограничивающие доступ к Контенту. 3.3. Все права на Контент, размещенный на Сервисе Kinon, принадлежат Владельцу Сервиса и/или его партнёрам и защищены законодательством Азербайджанской Республики, а также международными нормами об авторском праве. ПРАВА И ОБЯЗАННОСТИ СТОРОН 3.4. Пользователь обязуется использовать Сервис добросовестно и в соответствии с настоящим Соглашением. Оператор обязуется предоставить доступ к Сервису в пределах технической возможности. 4. ОТКАЗ ОТ ГАРАНТИЙ И ОТВЕТСТВЕННОСТИ 4.1. Сервис Kinon предоставляется «как есть» и «по мере доступности». Оператор не гарантирует, что Сервис будет доступен без перебоев, ошибок и/или дефектов, а также что Контент будет соответствовать ожиданиям Пользователя. 4.2. Оператор не несет ответственности за: — перерывы в работе Сервиса по техническим причинам; — невозможность доступа Пользователя к Сервису, вызванную действиями третьих лиц; — содержание Контента, включая его соответствие возрастным ограничениям; — любой косвенный, случайный или последующий ущерб, понесенный Пользователем вследствие использования Сервиса. 4.3. Пользователь самостоятельно несёт ответственность за: — соответствие своего возраста требованиям законодательства Азербайджанской Республики для доступа к определённому Контенту; — точность и достоверность предоставляемых данных; — сохранность данных доступа к Сервису и использование его третьими лицами. ОТВЕТСТВЕННОСТЬ СТОРОН 5.1. Оператор вправе приостановить или прекратить предоставление доступа к Сервису при нарушении Пользователем условий Соглашения. 5.2. Пользователь несет ответственность за все действия, совершенные с использованием его учётной записи. ОГРАНИЧЕНИЕ ОТВЕТСТВЕННОСТИ 5.3. Ни при каких обстоятельствах совокупная ответственность Владельца Сервиса перед Пользователем не может превышать сумму, фактически уплаченную Пользователем за последний оплаченный период использования Сервиса в рамках текущей подписки. 5.4. Пользователь соглашается с тем, что любые претензии должны быть направлены Владельцу Сервиса в письменной форме не позднее 10 (десяти) календарных дней с момента наступления спорной ситуации. По истечении указанного срока претензии не рассматриваются. ФАКТ ПОЛЬЗОВАНИЯ СЕРВИСОМ KINON 5.5. Принятие условий настоящего Соглашения и дальнейшее использование Сервиса означает согласие Пользователя с условиями обработки его персональных данных и использования предоставляемых услуг. ПОРЯДОК ИСПОЛЬЗОВАНИЯ 6.1. Пользователь осуществляет доступ к Сервису посредством веб-сайта или мобильного приложения, после регистрации и (или) авторизации. Все действия Пользователя, совершённые после авторизации, считаются совершёнными лично. ДОСТУП К ОНЛАЙН-КИНОТЕАТРАМ, ПАРТНЕРАМ СЕРВИСА KINON 6.2. Сервис Kinon может включать доступ к внешним онлайн-кинотеатрам и платформам, предоставляющим Контент на основании партнёрских соглашений. Пользователь соглашается с тем, что при переходе к таким платформам могут действовать дополнительные условия соответствующих партнёров. 6.3. Оператор не несёт ответственности за содержание, доступность и функциональность таких партнёрских платформ. 6. ПЕРСОНАЛЬНЫЕ ДАННЫЕ 6.4. Присоединяясь к условиям настоящего Соглашения, Пользователь предоставляет Оператору право на обработку своих персональных данных в объеме и целях, необходимых для оказания услуг в рамках Сервиса Kinon. 6.5. Оператор обязуется соблюдать требования законодательства Азербайджанской Республики о защите персональных данных. 6.6. Пользователь вправе отозвать своё согласие на обработку персональных данных в любой момент, направив соответствующее уведомление на адрес: customercare@azercell.com. При этом отзыв согласия может повлечь невозможность дальнейшего использования Сервиса. 7. ЗАКЛЮЧИТЕЛЬНЫЕ ПОЛОЖЕНИЯ 7.1. Настоящее Соглашение регулируется законодательством Азербайджанской Республики. 7.2. Все споры, возникающие из настоящего Соглашения или в связи с ним, подлежат разрешению в компетентном суде Азербайджанской Республики по месту нахождения Владельца Сервиса. 7.3. Оператор вправе в любое время в одностороннем порядке изменить условия настоящего Соглашения. Актуальная версия публикуется на сайте https://www.kinon.az. 7.4. В случае если какое-либо положение настоящего Соглашения будет признано недействительным, это не влечёт за собой недействительность остальных положений. 7.5. ENG USER AGREEMENT OF ONLINE CINEMA KINON TERMS AND DEFINITIONS "User" – an individual Internet service user who has obtained access to view the Product through a Device and solely for non-commercial purposes. "Internet" – a global telecommunications network of information and computing resources. "Kinon Service" – a digital platform providing the User with access to content including movies, series, and other video and audio materials. "Content" – any copyrighted materials including video, audio, and text materials presented in the Service. "Operator/Service Owner" – LLC “Azercell Telekom”. "Device" – a consumer electronic multimedia device (set-top box, also known as "Set Top Box" or media player), Smart TVs, as well as all types of portable electronic devices capable of connecting to the Internet, including but not limited to mobile phones, smartphones, tablets, laptops, and other new devices through which access to the Kinon Service can be obtained. "Software Application" – a program designed to perform specific user tasks and intended for direct interaction with the User, activation of which allows the User to access the Kinon Service. "Product/Products" – means TV packages and Content available for viewing by Users on the Kinon Service. "Content" – audiovisual works, phonograms, videograms, performances fixed in phonograms and videograms, musical works with or without lyrics, the performance of which is fixed in phonograms and videograms, hosted on the servers of the Service Owner, access to which is provided to Users based on SVOD. "SVOD" (Subscription Video-on-Demand) – providing Users with access to view an extended catalog of Content units via a Device from any location at any time within the territory of the Republic of Azerbaijan at the User’s choice for a periodically charged fee. GENERAL TERMS 1. GENERAL PROVISIONS 1.1. This User Agreement (hereinafter — the "Agreement") governs the relations between Limited Liability Company “Azercell Telekom” (hereinafter — the “Operator,” “Service Owner”), TIN 9900022721, license No. 259 dated August 24, 2021, and an individual (hereinafter — the “User”) who has accepted the terms of this Agreement by means of acceptance in accordance with its provisions. 1.2. The Kinon Service is provided by the Operator in cooperation with LLC “Streamhub AZ,” based on license No. UPO-036 dated August 11, 2023, owned by LLC “Streamhub AZ.” 1.3. The use of the Kinon Service by the User constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of this Agreement. If the User does not agree with the terms of this Agreement, they must cease using the Service. ESSENTIAL TERMS AND INFORMATION 2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT 2.1. The Operator grants the User access via the Software Application to watch and/or listen to Products, including Content, through devices connected to the Internet, as well as the possibility to use other services of the Kinon Service (hereinafter — the "Services"). The User agrees to pay the subscription fee for the Services regardless of their actual usage (subscription service model). 2.2. Access is provided exclusively for the User’s personal, non-commercial use. 2.3. The Kinon Service includes access to content on a subscription basis, access to online cinemas, as well as other products and partner platforms. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS 3.1. All trademarks, logos, and other designations displayed within the Kinon Service, including HBO® and others, are the property of their respective owners and are used under valid license agreements. The KINON trademark is registered and protected according to applicable law, including the classes of the International Classification of Goods and Services (ICGS): • Class 35 – Advertising, • Class 38 – Telecommunications, • Class 41 – Education; training; entertainment; organization of sports and cultural events. 3.2. The User is prohibited from: — copying, reproducing, transmitting, distributing, modifying, or otherwise using the Content except as expressly permitted by this Agreement; — using the Service or Content for commercial purposes; — circumventing technical measures that restrict access to the Content. 3.3. All rights to the Content available on the Kinon Service belong to the Service Owner and/or its partners and are protected by the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan and international copyright norms. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES 3.4. The User agrees to use the Service in good faith and in accordance with this Agreement. The Operator agrees to provide access to the Service within technical capabilities. DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY 4.1. The Kinon Service is provided "as is" and "as available." The Operator does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service or that the Content will meet the User’s expectations. 4.2. The Operator is not liable for: — service interruptions due to technical reasons; — inability of the User to access the Service caused by third parties; — the content of the Content, including its compliance with age restrictions; — any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages incurred by the User from using the Service. 4.3. The User is solely responsible for: — complying with age requirements established by the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan to access certain Content; — accuracy and truthfulness of the provided data; — maintaining confidentiality of access data and preventing use of the Service by third parties. LIABILITY OF THE PARTIES 5.1. The Operator has the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service if the User violates the terms of this Agreement. 5.2. The User is responsible for all actions performed using their account. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY 5.3. Under no circumstances shall the aggregate liability of the Service Owner to the User exceed the amount actually paid by the User for the last paid subscription period. 5.4. The User agrees that any claims must be submitted to the Service Owner in writing no later than 10 (ten) calendar days from the date of the dispute. Claims submitted after this period will not be considered. ACCEPTANCE AND USE OF THE KINON SERVICE 5.5. Acceptance of the terms of this Agreement and further use of the Service means the User’s consent to the processing of their personal data and use of the provided services. TERMS OF USE 6.1. The User accesses the Service via the website or mobile application after registration and/or authorization. All actions performed by the User after authorization are considered performed personally by them. ACCESS TO ONLINE CINEMAS AND KINON PARTNER SERVICES 6.2. The Kinon Service may include access to external online cinemas and platforms providing Content based on partnership agreements. The User agrees that additional terms of such partners may apply when accessing these platforms. 6.3. The Operator is not responsible for the content, availability, or functionality of such partner platforms. PERSONAL DATA 6.4. By agreeing to this Agreement, the User grants the Operator the right to process their personal data to the extent and for the purposes necessary to provide the Kinon Service. 6.5. The Operator undertakes to comply with the personal data protection laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan. 6.6. The User has the right to withdraw their consent to personal data processing at any time by sending a corresponding notification to: customercare@azercell.com. Withdrawal of consent may result in inability to continue using the Service. FINAL PROVISIONS 7.1. This Agreement is governed by the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan. 7.2. All disputes arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved in the competent court of the Republic of Azerbaijan at the location of the Service Owner. 7.3. The Operator reserves the right to unilaterally change the terms of this Agreement at any time. The current version is published on the website https://www.kinon.az. 7.4. If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. 7.5. TERMLƏR VƏ TƏRİFLƏR “İstifadəçi” – internet xidmətlərindən istifadə edən, cihaz vasitəsilə məhsulu izləmək hüququna malik olan və yalnız qeyri-kommersiya məqsədləri üçün istifadə edən fiziki şəxs. “İnternet şəbəkəsi” – qlobal informasiya və hesablama resursları telekommunikasiya şəbəkəsi. “Kinon xidməti” – istifadəçiyə film, serial və digər video və audio materiallara çıxış imkanı verən rəqəmsal platformadır. “Kontent” – xidmətdə təqdim olunan video, audio, mətn materialları da daxil olmaqla müəllif hüquqları obyektləri. “Operator/Xidmət sahibi” – “Azercell Telekom” MMC. “Cihaz” – televizor üçün multimedia cihazı (Set Top Box və ya media pleyer), Smart TV funksiyası olan televizorlar və internetə qoşula bilən mobil telefonlar, smartfonlar, planşetlər, noutbuklar və digər portativ cihazlar. “Proqram tətbiqi” – istifadəçinin müəyyən tapşırıqlarını yerinə yetirmək üçün nəzərdə tutulmuş proqram, aktivləşdirildikdə Kinon xidmətinə çıxış imkanı verir. “Məhsul/Məhsullar” – Kinon xidmətində İstifadəçilər üçün mövcud olan TV paketləri və Kontent. “Kontent” – audiovisual əsərlər, fonogramlar, videogramlar, ifalar, onların fonogram və videogramlarda qeydə alınması, musiqi əsərləri (mətnlə və ya mətnsiz), xidmət sahibi serverlərində yerləşdirilmiş və SVOD əsasında izləmək üçün verilən. “SVOD” (Subscription Video-on-Demand) – istifadəçiyə abunə haqqı müqabilində Azərbaycan Respublikası ərazisindən istənilən vaxt və yerdən cihaz vasitəsilə genişləndirilmiş kontent kataloquna çıxış imkanı verən video-əlaqə xidməti. 1. ÜMUMİ MÜDDƏALAR 1.1. Bu İstifadəçi Müqaviləsi (“Müqavilə”) “Azercell Telekom” MMC (“Operator”, “Xidmət sahibi”), VÖEN 9900022721, 24 avqust 2021-ci il tarixli 259 №-li lisenziya ilə və fiziki şəxs (“İstifadəçi”) arasında bağlanır. 1.2. Kinon xidməti “Streamhub AZ” MMC-nin 11.08.2023 tarixli UPO-036 nömrəli lisenziyasına əsasən Operator tərəfindən təqdim olunur. 1.3. İstifadəçinin Kinon xidmətindən istifadəsi Müqaviləsin şərtlərinin tam və şərtsiz qəbuludur. Razılaşmayan istifadəçi xidmətdən istifadəni dayandırmalıdır. 2. ƏSAS ŞƏRTLƏR VƏ MƏLUMAT 2.1. Operator proqram tətbiqi vasitəsilə İstifadəçiyə internetə qoşulmuş cihazlarla məhsulların (kontentin) izlənməsi və dinlənməsi üçün çıxış və digər Kinon xidmətlərindən istifadə imkanı verir; İstifadəçi isə xidmətlərə abunə haqqı ödəməyi öhdəsinə götürür. 2.2. Xidmət yalnız şəxsi, qeyri-kommersiya istifadə üçündür. 2.3. Kinon xidməti abunə əsasında kontentə çıxış, onlayn kinoteatrlara və digər tərəfdaş platformalara çıxış təmin edir. 3. ƏQLİ MÜLKİYYƏT HÜQUQLARI 3.1. Kinon xidmətində yerləşən ticarət nişanları, loqotiplər (HBO® daxil olmaqla) müvafiq hüquq sahiblərinin mülkiyyətidir və lisenziya müqavilələri ilə istifadə olunur. KINON ticarət nişanı beynəlxalq mallar və xidmətlər təsnifatının (MKTS) 35, 38, 41-ci siniflərində qeydiyyatdan keçib və qorunur. 3.2. İstifadəçi: — Kontenti Müqavilədə nəzərdə tutulmayan şəkildə çoxaltmaq, yaymaq və ya dəyişmək hüququna malik deyil; — Xidməti kommersiya məqsədləri üçün istifadə edə bilməz; — Texniki qoruma vasitələrini pozmaq qadağandır. 3.3. Kinon xidməti kontentinin bütün hüquqları Xidmət sahibinə və ya tərəfdaşlarına məxsusdur və Azərbaycan Respublikasının və beynəlxalq müəllif hüququ qanunları ilə qorunur. 4. TƏRƏFLƏRİN HÜQUQ VƏ ÖHDƏLİKLƏRİ 4.1. İstifadəçi xidmətdən dürüst və Müqaviləyə uyğun istifadə etməyi öhdəsinə götürür. Operator texniki imkanlar daxilində xidmətə çıxışı təmin edir. 4.2. Kinon xidməti “olduğu kimi” və “mövcud olduqca” təqdim olunur; fasiləsiz, səhvsiz xidmət zəmanəti verilmir. 4.3. Operator: — Texniki səbəblərdən xidmətin dayanması; — Üçüncü şəxslərin fəaliyyəti nəticəsində xidmətə girişin mümkün olmaması; — Kontentin yaş məhdudiyyətlərinə uyğunluğu; — İstifadəçinin xidmət istifadəsi nəticəsində baş verə biləcək ziyana görə məsuliyyət daşımır. 4.4. İstifadəçi: — Öz yaşının kontentə çıxış üçün qanuni tələblərə uyğunluğunu; — Verilən məlumatların düzgünlüyünü; — Xidmətə giriş məlumatlarının qorunmasını və başqalarının istifadəsinin qarşısını öz üzərinə götürür. 5. MƏSULİYYƏT 5.1. Operator istifadəçinin Müqavilə şərtlərini pozduğu halda xidmətə çıxışı dayandıra və ya ləğv edə bilər. 5.2. İstifadəçi hesabından edilən bütün əməliyyatlara görə məsuliyyət daşıyır. 5.3. Xidmət sahibinin ümumi məsuliyyəti istifadəçinin son ödəniş etdiyi abunə haqqından artıq ola bilməz. 5.4. İstifadəçi iddialarını 10 təqvim günü ərzində yazılı şəkildə Xidmət sahibinə göndərməlidir, müddət keçdikdən sonra iddialar qəbul olunmur. 5.5. Müqaviləsin şərtlərinin qəbul edilməsi və xidmətin istifadəsi İstifadəçinin şəxsi məlumatlarının emalına razılıq verməsi deməkdir. 6. İSTİFADƏ QAYDALARI 6.1. İstifadəçi xidmətdən veb-sayt və ya mobil tətbiq vasitəsilə qeydiyyatdan sonra və/və ya avtorizasiya ilə istifadə edir. Bütün əməliyyatlar şəxsi hesab olunur. 6.2. Kinon xidməti tərəfdaş onlayn kinoteatrlara və platformalara çıxışı əhatə edə bilər; istifadəçi bu platformaların əlavə şərtlərinə razılıq verir. 6.3. Operator tərəfdaş platformaların məzmununa, mövcudluğuna və funksionallığına görə məsuliyyət daşımır. 6.4. İstifadəçi şəxsi məlumatlarının emalına razılıq verir; Operator qanunvericiliyə riayət edir. 6.5. Razılığı istənilən vaxt customercare@azercell.com ünvanına müraciətlə geri götürmək olar, bu halda xidmətin davamlı istifadəsi qeyri-mümkün ola bilər. 7. YEKUN MÜDDƏALAR 7.1. Müqavilə Azərbaycan Respublikasının qanunvericiliyinə əsasən tənzimlənir. 7.2. Mübahisələr Xidmət sahibinin yerləşdiyi yerdəki məhkəmədə həll olunur. 7.3. Operator istənilən vaxt Müqavilə şərtlərini birtərəfli qaydada dəyişdirə bilər; aktual versiya https://www.kinon.az saytında dərc olunur. 7.4. Müqaviləsin hər hansı müddəası etibarsız sayılsa belə, digər müddəalar qüvvədə qalır. 7.5.
